Yes, spring soccer has started up! Korinne was able to get back into the swing of things, even with a few snow patches still on the field!
Unfortunately, Porter's field had too much snow on it still, and his game was canceled, and he was the one most excited to start up again! Poor guy! He said he wants to move to the Phillipines where it is ALWAYS summer! I promised him that the warmer weather is coming, but he reminded me that whenever it gets warm, then it snows a few days later again! I think he's getting a little frustrated with our spring weather, just like the rest of us! Especially when we woke up to about 4 more inches this morning! Ugh! At least we're getting blessed with moisture, right?!

We totally understand!! My heart broke Saturday when i had to tell Koy his game was canceled. He was so pumped! And the worst part was they didn't even call and tell us there WAS a game til Friday, and nothing happened between Friday and Saturday as far as weather! Why not check the fields BEFORE you call and say there IS a game?? Anyway sorry for the rant but i was bugged!! Anytime you mess with my kids, you'll hear it from me and the poor dude was so sad :( O well next week! ..maybe..
