South Ogden's 5K

Part of the celebration of South Ogden days was the 5K...so of course I wanted to run it! None of my fan club (aka, my fam) could come...so I just decided to book it and see how I did. Well...I made 24 minutes...not too bad. I finished 9th overall (for the women) and came in 4th in my old lady age group. It was fun...but could I have gone even faster if it hadn't been an evening run, and if I hadn't spent the whole day in the pool with the kids? Hmmm....maybe.
